We set up Prime to fill a void in the fitness landscape. It developed from a conversation and resulted in a gym environment where we actually WANT you to show up, and show up A LOT!
We don’t like the idea of zero support, zero guidance, and a gym where people NEVER show up. We LOVE teaching, coaching and helping and we can’t do that without YOU.
Our goal was to create an environment where you are welcomed no matter your background or ability level, and we think we nailed it. A Tailored Approach to Fitness
PROGRAMS. We've got the perfect program for you no matter your current experience or fitness goals. We are raising the bar for functional training with unique programs that all deliver an amazing workout, CrossFit and Prime45, as well as Core & Conditioning, Chiropractic Services and Yoga that focuses on the repair and rejuvenation of your body. It doesn’t matter if you are looking for the most intense workout in the world or you just want to move a little…we've got you covered.
CROSSFIT UTICA. This is a 60 minute class. CrossFit is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and power lifting to gymnastics and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so be prepared for anything!

PRIME45. A 45 minute high-intensity class that will get you moving using bikes, rowers, treadmills and get you strong with easy to learn strength training and bodyweight exercises. All of this is sure to get you fit and health as well as deliver a sweaty, full-body workout. The best part, Prime45 is for everyone!
*No Prep Course or Experience Required
PRIME PREP COURSE. A five-session foundational course scheduled at your convenience with one of our expert coaches. Each session is an hour long and involves assessments, skill development and of course a great workout. You and the coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions, and set you up for success!
PRIME PROTECT. A self-led program that has a specialized focus on increasing strength, correcting imbalances, improving movement quality, and helping you gain comfort and confidence in the various positions required for high level performance.
YOGA. Boost your performance, increase your range of motion and accelerate recovery while also practicing mindfulness in a relaxing and inclusive environment.
CLIMB CHIROPRACTIC SPORTS HEALTH was created to educate and empower our community towards successful treatment outcomes in a comfortable and energetic setting, where health, wellness and community can come together.
